They did a complete renovation on our old fireplace. Communication was great. The crew arrived when they said they would and did what they said they were going to do. Highly recommend them to anyone. I used these guys to do an off-season cleaning on our wood burning fireplace. While the tech was here I also asked him to look at our gas logs. He spent over an hour properly arranging the logs (apparently that’s a huge deal) and showing me how to use the fancy remote. He was so kind and patient with me! I feel like he must have had other appointments but he definitely took his time to do everything right. He also pointed out a crack in our fireplace and alerted me to keep an eye on it. I would’ve never noticed it! I’ll use them again next year. Glad I got it done this summer and beat the fall rush, too!
