Austin and his assistant arrived on time with the parts they thought they needed. They installed that part but needed one other piece to do repair correctly. They left to get the part and promised to return around 3 or 4 pm. They returned and were finished before 2:30. Great job!

As usual, the Allegiance team did a fantastic job! We asked them to come out and perform our annual cleaning and inspection near the end of 2023. They found chimney piping damage sufficient to require a full pipe and firebox replacement. Allegiance went the extra mile by working directly with our homeowner’s insurance provider to explain the scope of the repair needs; they also were able to provide previous inspection findings to support our insurance claim. They coordinated service with a wonderful electrician they had recommended to meet our specific needs. We’ve worked with Allegiance since we bought our home in 2021 and have been nothing but impressed.
